German born Michael Fassbender turns 38 today. Known to most for his role as X-Men antagonist Magneto, Fassbender has appeared in other big time flicks like Prometheus (2012) and Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds (2009). Fassbender’s first screen role was that of Pat Christenson in Steven Spielberg’s award-winning WW II television miniseries Band of Brothers (2001).
Fassbender who resides in the United Kingdom will be appearing in the title role of a new film version Macbeth.
