Bieber might be trying to clean up his act, but it looks as though his troubles aren’t exactly over.

A summons has been issued for Justin Bieber who has been accused of sending his bodyguards to assault an Argentine photographer Diego Pesoa on Nov. 9, 2013.  This allegedly took place outside the INK nighclub  in Buenos Aires where Bieber, and his entourage were hanging out, and partying.  If found guilty, Bieber would face up to one year in prison on the charge of causing minor injury.

Judge Facundo Cubas asked Interpol yesterday to use all “necessary means” to notify Justin Bieber that he has 60 days to appear in court in Argentina. According to the judge if Bieber fails to comply, an international arrest order will be issued.
