The great song “We Are the World” was written by none other; Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. It was produced by Quincy Jones. The song was written in response to the famine which at the time was occurring in Ethiopia, an East African countries suffering from endemic poverty.
Many people associate the song with many different meanings.
For me; with all the hatred not only in the USA, but all around the world. We as humans must come together; if not for us, for our children, our grand children and other generations. Life is very short, and we as people need to think before we do, before we speak, before we act.
