Lue Morton who was flying a Cirrus SR-22 from California to Hawaii but found himself running out of fuel because of a faulty tank. Lucky for him his plane was equipped with a parachute. Flying over the ocean he deployed the shoot which brought him safely to the surface where he got into a life raft.
