Tehran, Iran the largest city in the Middle-East and home of the Tehran Tower. What looks like an Islamic minaret in the city is Milad Tower, a technological IT center to embrace Iran’s destiny in an every advancing technological world. Ground broke for the 1,427 foot tower in 2000 and was completed in 2008. It is the 6th tallest tower in the world and the 17th tallest structure on the planet.
The tower is part of the Tehran International Trade and Convention Centre telecommunication tower offering restaurants at the top with panoramic views, a five-star hotel and an IT park.
