January 4th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Children 12 & 13 years old were throwing snowballs with other children at passing cars. According to Milwaukee Police on Twitter, a driver of a white Toyota shot at the children as a result.
The children were taking to local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
