Despite the resignation of city manager John Shaw and the stepping-down of Chief of Police Thomas Jackson, the people of Ferguson are still resentful.

So much so that a certain radical element of protesters has fired multiple shots from a nearby hill hitting two officers.

A 32-year-old officer from nearby Webster Groves was shot in the face and a 41-year-old officer from St. Louis County was shot in the shoulder.

Protests are warming up as winter wanes. Despite 6 city officials stepping-down, protesters are awaiting the removal of one more official, Mayor Knowles who appears to be hunkering down to keep his position.
