Washington D.C., the capital of the United States of America has legalized marijuana.
Alaska, Colorado & Washington state have already legalized the mostly harmless plant. Congress attempted to thwart the legalization unsuccessfully.
“If the president can brew and drink beer in the White House…” stated one advocate “…adults should be allowed to grow and consume a less harmful substance in their houses.”
