While protesters in Fort Lauderdale demand the termination of Officer Victor Ramierez for assaulting homeless man Brice Laclair, Los Angeles Police were caught on video executing a homeless man due to their inability to control him.
Cell-phone video shows the situation out of control as six officers are unable to restrain one man. A taser is heard being used on the video footage.
The killing occurred on the infamous “skid row” a section of Los Angeles notorious for it’s homeless population and drug use.
The officers were in the skid row section of the city in order to take-down any of the tents put-up by the homeless who live in the area. The indigent are allowed to have tents on the street in the evening but must remove them during daylight hours.
One witness was reported to have said “They killed a man over a tent.”
